The personalised Ayurveda treatments include, for example, head, face, body, and foot massages with herbal oil (Abhyanga), Shirodhara forehead oil flow, Udvartana powder massage, and Kati Vasti (oil treatment with dough ring). Herbal oils tailored to each individual constitution type are used for the treatments. Notably, there is a special treatment room for foot massages. Here, the massage table is placed on the floor, and a trained therapist massages you with their feet, holding onto a rope suspended from the ceiling. This allows for varying pressure intensity and optimal weight distribution. Yoga and meditation sessions are held in the garden or in the Yoga Shala.
