The body is detoxified, cleansed, and metabolism is stimulated. This therapy is not a true fast, but a low-calorie liquid diet, where solid food is avoided for a certain period. Seven days are ideal for an introduction, but a longer stay is recommended for a full course.

At the daily open Ayurveda Health Center, experience authentic, therapeutic Ayurveda of the highest standard, straight from Kerala. A skilled team of three highly qualified Indian Ayurvedic doctors and ten specialized therapists ensures comprehensive and personalized care. During the detailed initial consultation, including pulse diagnosis, and regular medical consultations, your personal treatment plan is continuously adapted and optimized. The wide range of treatments includes Ayurvedic steam baths, herbal infusions, Shirodhara forehead oil pouring, Pinda Sveda herbal poultice massage, and the classic Abhyanga full-body oil massage. Ayurvedic herbal remedies are administered as prescribed by the Ayurveda specialist. The oils and many of the herbal remedies used are imported directly from India and are from certified organic cultivation. Treatments are available daily, including Sundays and public holidays.
