The yoga and meditation seminars are divided into healing therapies for beginners and advanced practitioners and are led by qualified yoga teachers. In yoga, you learn different techniques, as some forms of yoga are more spiritual, while others focus more on breathing, physical fitness and flexibility.
As a group, you practise so-called asanas, movement sequences and sometimes also mantra chants. You also meditate together. In the meditation workshops, you learn to center yourself and completely isolate yourself from the outside world. In total, you will spend several hours a day on yoga and meditation sessions.
Afterwards, you will be able to practise this at home. Nevertheless, you will still have enough free time, as the vacation aspect of your yoga and meditation retreat should not be neglected. You will also have time to relax on the beach and in the wellness areas or make short trips into the surrounding countryside.
