The studies we have compiled in this study collection shed particular light on the effects of forest therapy, a popular method in healing therapies. Research shows that spending time in the forest can strengthen the immune system. At the same time, meditative stays in the forest promote mental well-being by effectively reducing stress and negative moods.
The results make it clear that wellness therapies and wellness treatments can make a valuable contribution to holistic health through the targeted use of natural elements.
