DRSF insurance certificate

All package tours at SpaDreams Reisen are fully covered by the Deutscher Reisesicherungsfonds GmbH guarantee certificate ("Sicherungsschein").

Flex Upgrade

So that our joint customers can look forward without worrying about cancellation, SpaDreams offers the "Flex Upgrade" option. This can be added during the booking process.

Further training

SpaDreams regularly offers FAM trips to get to know our wide range of hotels. Contact us to get more information about upcoming FAM trips.

Becoming a partner

How can I apply for an contract?

You can apply for an agency contract directly here. Simply fill out the relevant form, sign it and send it back to us (marketing@spadreams.com).

Do you have PEP offers?

PEP trips can be found at SpaDreams in the Expi-Portal. Please log in here and have a look to see if there is something suitable for you.

Partner support

Does SpaDreams provide marketing material? How can I obtain posters and advertising material?

We currently do not provide marketing material. However, please feel free to submit your request for specific marketing materials and we will be happy to review it.

Does SpaDreams support advertisements with an advertising subsidy?

We do not currently have a newspaper ad support program.

Can a customer evening be organized together with SpaDreams?

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. However, please feel free to contact us with your plans and we would be happy to see if we can support you in some way.

How do I get general information about the trips and tips for the sale?

SpaDreams can be booked in via many systems. These include:

How can I find out if SpaDreams is available in my BistroPortal?

Online marketing of SpaDreams trips

Where can I use the license mark (logo) and where not?

You may use the SpaDreams logo wherever you link to us and our homepage.

What advertising materials does SpaDreams provide?

We currently do not provide marketing materials. However, if you have concrete plans or specific wishes, please let us know and we will see how we can support you.

How can I link SpaDreams on my website?

In general, you can link to SpaDreams according to this simple white label logic: www.spadreams.com/?agency=XXXXXXXX.

You will, of course, receive full commission for all bookings that we receive via this link.

How can I include SpaDreams offers on my website?

We offer a white label solution so that you can integrate our offers on your website. You can find out more about our white label solution here. For details, please refer to our instructions for online integration.

May I use the photos from the SpaDreams website? If so, under what conditions?

You may use photos from SpaDreams if they are related to our products. However, SpaDreams assumes no liability for claims by third parties. However, we are not aware of any such claims to date. You can find more information here.

How do I integrate SpaDreams into the IBE/booking route on my website?

Here you proceed in the same way as with our white label solution.

What happens if referred customers only make an inquiry instead of booking directly?

Inquiries are not answered by SpaDreams, but are sent directly to you. You can therefore look after the customers you are in contact with.

What happens to the phone number that is displayed as a contact at SpaDreams when I set an agency link to SpaDreams?

Your telephone number can be displayed here (default setting). However, if this is not desired, we can also change the system. Please feel free to contact us.

Miscellaneous

Do I get an extra discount for SpaDreams for groups?

We try to negotiate a special price for groups of 8 people or more. Please contact us individually with such requests at +44 20 8089 6036 or by e-mail (info@spadreams.com)
