Calm the mind with meditation
Meditation quiets the mind and lets go of thoughts. These are techniques that are intended to ensure more mindfulness in everyday life. In principle, it is therefore not surprising that meditation is no longer only attributed to esotericism, but is also used in psychotherapy.

The more positive attitude to life that meditation creates also ensures that the immune system is stronger.

What forms of meditation are there?
There are two different forms of meditation. On the one hand, there is active meditation and on the other, passive meditation.
