Panchakarma refers to the five pillars of Ayurvedic cleansing techniques, which are applied during this therapy, ideally lasting at least 14 days. The Panchakarma therapy at TOMESA is not merely a wellness programme but an intensive treatment regimen from classical Ayurveda with a holistic approach to physical and psychological ailments.
It initiates cleansing processes in the gross and subtle body (Anamaya, Pranamaya, and Manomaya Kosha), allowing not only toxins and metabolic waste to be eliminated but also bringing emotional injuries and past experiences to light.

The Panchakarma Therapy Preparation: Ayurvedic techniques such as oil massages, sweat therapies, a special diet, and the intake of Ghee help release toxins from the tissues. Main treatment: Therapists trained in India and Sri Lanka select the appropriate therapies from the five pillars of Panchakarma therapy, based on your constitution (Dosha), age, digestive fire (Agni), and individual imbalances. 1) Virecana - Purgation using plants 2) Asthapana Vasti - Enemas with medicinal decoctions 3) Anuvasana Vasti - Enemas with medicinal oils 4) Nasya - Administration of medications through the nose 5) Vamana - Stomach cleansing (vomiting) with plants.
