Panchakarma refers to the five pillars of Ayurvedic cleansing techniques, which are applied during this therapy, ideally lasting at least 14 days. The Panchakarma therapy at TOMESA is not merely a wellness programme but an intensive treatment regimen from classical Ayurveda with a holistic approach to physical and psychological ailments.

The Panchakarma Therapy Preparation: Ayurvedic techniques such as oil massages, sweat therapies, a special diet, and the intake of Ghee help release toxins from the tissues.
