In the charming and typical Provençal village of Saint-Jeannet, at the foot of the Mediterranean hill known as "Baou", lies The Frog's House. Just 15 km from Nice Côte d'Azur and the French Riviera. Quiet and relaxing, its location at an altitude of 450 meters offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and a pleasant temperature in the midst of summer.
Daily rich breakfast or brunch, a homemade picnic lunch on Mondays, and two afternoon teas/snacks during the week (see programme). All dinners are included (except Thursday). During the week, there is a class on conscious vegan cooking, as well as a welcome and farewell meal. All meals are predominantly local, organic, and vegetarian or vegan. You also have the option to cook in the large, open kitchen at your leisure. Additionally, there are 4 restaurants in Saint Jeannet within walking distance.
Since 2010, Benoît has been practicing Yoga and meditation regularly. He completed his 200H-TTC at Yoga Nisarga International Training School and his 300H-TTC at Sampoorna Yoga School, both located in India, to become a fully qualified Yoga teacher. Both centres are certified by the Yoga Alliance, which aims to promote and support the integrity and diversity of Yoga teaching.
Jean specializes in Ashtanga Yoga. He has undergone extensive training to give Tibetan Bowls massages. He started his Yoga practice 15 years ago in Kolkata, India. His philosophy is based on the idea that through the practice of Yoga, we can live our lives better, reduce our suffering and that of those around us, and discover Universal unity. His work focuses on breathing.
Carline has been teaching since 2016, after a 4-year training at the Institut Français du Yoga. She emphasizes the importance of always respecting the body and synchronizing the breath with physical performance. Her Yoga practice is a source of inspiration that is continually renewed, yet still rooted in tradition.
Pily is a psychologist and Yoga teacher, originally from Mexico and has been living abroad for over 12 years. In China, she faced some health setbacks that led her to initiate a process of self-healing, change her habits, adopt a plant-based diet, and live with Yoga. She completed a total of 500H-TTC in Mysore and Goa, India, followed by various retreats and workshops in Asia. She enjoys teaching her students how to integrate the power of the heart and Yoga into their daily lives. She is a big fan of Eckart Tolle and her teachings are heavily influenced by him.

The house is a former family hotel transformed into a cosy and comfortable bed and breakfast. It offers 6 rooms (approx. 15-20 sqm) for single or double occupancy, three of which have views of the local hills and three with balconies and sea views. All are equipped with private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, and either a double bed or two single beds.
