• Ayurvedic full board including warm water and a daily liver detox tea
• Initial, follow-up, and final consultations with the Ayurveda doctor, pulse diagnosis, and treatment plan creation
• Dosha-specific dietary plan after the final consultation
• Approximately 5 treatments per day such as Shirodhara forehead oil pour, Pinda Sveda herbal compress massage
• Twice daily group Yoga (Hatha) (60 minutes each)
• Group meditation & Pranayama with discussion session afterwards (45-60 minutes)
• Ayurvedic herbal medicine as part of the therapy
• Weekly Ayurveda lecture by Dr. Bandara
