Located on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, on the outskirts of Weligama, the Suvarivi Ayurveda Boutique Resort, surrounded by a paradise garden of approximately 10,000 sqm, was completed in 2022. Built on the highest elevation in Weligama, idyllically nestled in the jungle, it offers picturesque views of the unspoiled surroundings with subtropical vegetation. The number of rooms has been intentionally kept low to ensure individual and personal care for all guests. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant area.

In the small town of Weligama, located in the south of Sri Lanka, the name says it all, as Weligama translates to "sandy village". The over 3 km long bay with white sandy beach invites for leisurely walks and is known as a true surfer's paradise of Sri Lanka. Along the coast, you can find the region's typical stilt fishing platforms, and sometimes you can even watch the fishermen at work.

The hotel's own restaurant has a spacious dining area. There, you can enjoy traditional Sri Lankan Ayurvedic cuisine in a tranquil setting. The menu is prepared and served in consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor. Spices, fruits, and vegetables for the balanced meals are largely grown in the hotel's own garden. Intolerances can be accommodated with prior notice. In the weekly Ayurveda cooking class, you deepen your knowledge of Ayurvedic nutrition and might even be able to delight your loved ones at home with your culinary skills in the future.

Following an initial consultation with the Ayurveda doctor, your personal treatment plan will be tailored based on your condition and constitution. Generally, each guest receives at least five Ayurveda treatments per day depending on their health status, with seven treatment rooms available for this purpose. Nestled among trees, palms, and flowers, you will find peace, shade, and space for yourself between treatments. An Ayurveda doctor is available 24 hours a day. Yoga and meditation are integral parts of the Ayurvedic lifestyle and enhance the peace of mind, body, and soul. The yoga sessions are led by professional practitioners who welcome you at 6:30 a.m. on the rooftop terrace. Through holistic treatments combined with Ayurvedic diet, yoga, and meditation, your therapy becomes a true retreat, and you return to your daily life rejuvenated.

Relax by the hotel's 20-metre-long infinity pool with a breathtaking panoramic view of the jungle or explore the surrounding area. Weligama Beach is approximately a 7-minute tuk-tuk ride away (charges apply). A nearby temple complex also offers a serene spot for meditation.
