The hotel is located in a tranquil setting, perfect for escaping the stresses of everyday life and concentrating fully on your own health. The team at reception was very welcoming and really went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. You immediately feel that every guest is treated and looked after individually here.

The treatments were the absolute highlight of my stay. The therapists were not only excellently trained, but also incredibly dedicated to their work. Every step and every treatment was explained, and you could tell that real Ayurveda experts were at work here. Before the healing therapy began, I had a comprehensive consultation with the Ayurveda doctor, who took a lot of time for me and listened very carefully to my health concerns. The diagnosis and recommendations were carried out professionally and with great sensitivity. I always felt that I was in good hands and could ask questions at any time. At the end of my stay, I even received detailed instructions on how to integrate some aspects of Ayurveda therapy into my everyday life - a real enrichment. The classic treatments such as Abhyanga (full body oil massage) and Shirodhara (oil forehead massage) were not only relaxing, but also healing. I was particularly impressed that all the treatments were individually tailored to my needs - it really was Ayurveda at the highest level.

The Ayurvedic cuisine at the hotel was good. The meals were balanced and energizing, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes that were precisely tailored to the doshas (physical and mental constitution). You immediately notice that the kitchen team here works with a lot of passion. The Ayurveda doctor often explained the effects of the individual ingredients and how they would positively influence my body and mind - very interesting!

Everything was very clean, but there was one point of criticism: the neck opening of the sarcophagus-like steam bath was much too small, which was rather oppressive and uncomfortable. They took note of my comment and passed it on to the management.

Small hotel, but nice rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with balcony with a view of the sea.

The doctors are very caring and talk to you about all details of your care, and the staff are all smiling and always ready to help.

Excellent treatment. a lot of attention to detail and doctors follow up as treatment progresses.

The food may not be to your taste at times, but it will always be what your diet should accept.

The treatment area is open, and i received a few mosquito bites, and when I told staff about this, they started burning anti mosquito coils when treating me.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Any feedback is implemented immediately.
