Your treatment and diet plan will be customised after a consultation and examination using 'Nadi Pariksha' (pulse diagnosis) by an Ayurvedic doctor. Essential Ayurvedic treatments for managing hypertension, such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga, and Pottali massages, are performed daily, and herbal drinks are served after each treatment. The 200 sqm Ayurveda Center features 4 traditionally equipped treatment rooms and an Ayurvedic sauna. A team of 2 Ayurvedic doctors and 4 therapists (English-speaking) are available at designated times to cater to your needs. Weekly Ayurveda cooking classes and lectures on medical astrology are also offered.
