In the hotel restaurant, enjoy a diverse cuisine with regional specialties and fresh ingredients. A rich breakfast buffet is available from 7 a.m., and on weekends, indulge in a late-riser gourmet breakfast until 11 a.m. Half board includes a choice of a 3-course menu or a buffet (at the chef's discretion). In the covered beer garden and the adjoining brewery, typical dishes and freshly brewed beer from the onsite brewery are served. The sunny terrace by the fountain pond is perfect for relaxing, and trout from the hotel's own pond are also offered and served. In the stylish hotel bar, enjoy fresh cocktails and other cool drinks.
Since December 2024, discover pure wellness delight across approximately 1,000 sqm in our newly opened wellness landscape featuring indoor and outdoor saunas, an indoor pool, an outdoor whirlpool, relaxation areas, and an expansive sauna garden. Our trained staff offer a diverse range of wellness and beauty treatments.
A fitness and yoga room complements our offerings, inviting you to engage in physical activity with a comprehensive range of classes. Participation in the class programme can be booked on site subject to availability for a fee (approx. €5 per class, see example class schedule under Helpful Documents). Personal training is also available upon request.
The surroundings offer numerous hiking and cycling trails, inviting you to explore the breathtaking landscape on foot or by bike. In nearby nature reserves, you can discover a rich variety of wildlife and flora. Attractions such as Heide Park, Serengeti Park, and the World Bird Park offer fun and adventure for the whole family. The hotel grounds themselves have much to offer as well. In addition to 20,000 sqm of lawn, there is also an off-road area for driving training. A guided tour to the hotel's own Welsh Black herd can be organised on-site (for a fee).
The 99 rooms and suites of the hotel are spread across 4 buildings and are furnished in various styles. There are rooms in the main building, the brewery, the country house (annex, approx. 50 m), and the guest house (annex, approx. 150 m). Some rooms have air conditioning. The Superior room is a new category of room, which will be available from November.
