The Vital Course offers 23 different tours away from the hustle and bustle, with various lengths and elevations.

In the cosy restaurant with a conservatory and pine lounge, the head chef delights all guests with international vital cuisine, characterised by local sourcing, freshness, and seasonality. Adjacent to the restaurant, you'll find a café in the rehabilitation centre. The inviting atmosphere is perfect for a dreamy melange in the morning or a stimulating espresso in the afternoon. The café also offers a wide selection of tea and coffee blends, as well as homemade cakes and pastries without chemical additives, made in the in-house pâtisserie. The full board includes a lavish breakfast buffet with numerous homemade creations, a lunch menu with fresh salads, soup, and a dish of the day, and in the evening, a multi-course comfort menu with salad variations, starter, soup, main course, and dessert is served.
