Thanks to its quiet yet central location in nature, a wide range of leisure activities are at your doorstep. Activities such as hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing and sledding, curling, or excursions to Innsbruck or Mittenwald are possible.

At the hotel restaurant, guests are indulged with culinary delights from traditional, local, and Mediterranean cuisine. "Indulgence board" includes a lavish breakfast buffet, a 5-course dinner menu or buffet, an afternoon snack with sweet and savoury treats, light snacks, juices, and tea in the Spa Lounge. Café & Bistro PLATZHIRSCH offers à la carte meals and beverages. Vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free meals as well as special diets are available upon request. Wine cellar.

The spa area spans approximately 2,500 sqm across four floors and is accessible to those aged 16 and over. It offers a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. The area includes an indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, infrared cabin, private spa, a steam room, a beauty and massage centre, and relaxation zones with water beds. There are four treatment rooms available for a variety of treatments (at a charge). These include aromatherapy massage, lymphatic drainage, facial treatments, men's beauty, couple's treatments, manicure, and pedicure. The adjacent rooftop terrace offers a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
