The Paliesius Clinic, the first accredited clinic for heart health and movement therapy in Lithuania and the Baltic States, is beautifully integrated into the "Manor House" Paliesius, which was built in the 17th century.
The Paliesius Clinic is located in a converted manor house from the 17th century, nestled in a natural setting. It is the first accredited clinic for heart health and movement therapy in Lithuania and the Baltic States. It is also known for its commitment to social, cultural, and ecological sustainability.
The Paliesius Restaurant, located in the main building, focuses on the origin of the food, hence only regional products are used. Also available are vegetarian, reduction, lactose-free, and gluten-free meals. Meals are individually tailored and served. À la carte lunch and dinner for guests not participating in the clinic program.
In the midst of a centuries-old vault, there is a spa room of about 50 sqm (open daily 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.), an oasis of refreshment with a whirlpool, music, herbal tea, and aromatherapy. Relaxation is provided by the white smoke steam sauna.
The Paliesius Clinic adopts a holistic approach to body and mind wellness. A team of specialists including sports physicians, cardiologists, physiotherapists, and psychotherapists create a personalised training plan. Comprehensive internal diagnostics such as body composition analyses and various blood tests are available. Additional treatments include ECG, ultrasound, tailored physiotherapy, balance and coordination training sessions, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic trigger point, vacuum, Kobido massages, and full body massage, alongside lectures on health and nutrition. All health programmes feature strength training, Nordic walking, music therapy sessions, and excursions.
The park has its own hiking trails with a total length of 1,250 meters, signposted health paths nearby. Movie nights, bicycle rental, swimming in the nearby lake.
