Ustronie Morskie (Henkenhagen), just about 12 kilometers east of Kolberg (Kolobrzeg), is considered one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Amber Coast of the Baltic Sea. The approximately 10-kilometer-long beach alternates between wide, fine sandy sections and steeply rising sections. Here you can enjoy fantastic views of the Baltic Sea and the special maritime climate with fresh, highly iodine-rich air, especially at the surf zone – ideal for respiratory diseases, but also simply for relaxation by the sea, e.g., during extended walks. The small town offers bicycle and hiking trails through the charming surroundings with coast, birch and pine forests, and especially in summer, a lively atmosphere with cafes, restaurants, markets, and concerts.
Cozy restaurant with breakfast and dinner buffet (2 hot dishes), with full board a 2-course lunch menu (no full board available in July-August). Also lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine available (supplement from approx. €12/day). Once a week Polish evening (in summer barbecue on the terrace). Beach Bar/Café with terrace and homemade cakes, in summer with lounge and rooftop terrace with "Sky Bar", sun loungers, and seating (all year round).
Indoor pool (approx. 82°F, 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.), whirlpool, steam sauna, and Finnish sauna (approx. 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.). In the wellness area, you can relax from everyday life with feel-good massages, cosmetics (face and body), and much more. Salt grotto with graduation tower (approx. €8/30 min.).
The hotel's own therapy department (Mon-Fri, 7 a.m.-3 p.m., except Polish holidays) offers a variety of treatments and physiotherapy such as massages, baths (CO2, brine bath, peat, hydromassage), mud and peat packs, ultrasound, magnetic field therapy, diadynamics (electrotherapy), galvanisation, inhalation, salt inhalation, cryotherapy device, iontophoresis, lymphatic drainage, water aerobics. Indications: musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory and rheumatic diseases, and back pain. Contraindications include cancer, severe injuries/illnesses, breathing difficulties, vein inflammations, and generally poor health condition.
Weekly entertainment program e.g., dance evening, bingo, and lectures about the region. Rental of Nordic walking sticks, sun loungers, and windbreaks. Bicycle rental (approx. PLN 5/€1 per hour or approx. PLN 30/€7 per day).
The hotel offers 57 comfortable rooms (approx. 15-35 sqm) with shower or bath/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, some with sea view and balcony. DBL Lux with sea view, balcony, air conditioning, hairdryer, and safe in the new annex. Apartments with living area and some with balcony. Towel/bed linen change once a week or on request. Safe at the reception. Lift up to the 2nd floor, as well as in the new building.

The hotel is small but nice. Everything is well thought out. The food was delicious and varied, the staff friendly and helpful. We liked it very much.
