I booked the "Yoga & Wellness" package and had the opportunity to take part in yoga sessions twice a day and received a massage treatment once a day. After 10 days, my body is completely relaxed and in perfect balance thanks to the very good and balanced food on offer. Body and mind are in harmony and the tranquillity, warmth and beautiful hotel facilities contribute to the feel-good effect. There is nothing missing and the staff and hotel owners are very friendly and always open for a nice chat. It was an all-round perfect vacation. Excursions outside the hotel grounds were also very well organized.

The somewhat outdated but beautifully planted grounds offer the right ambience for days of well-being with treatments of all kinds in a very well-kept spa area. Ayurveda here is more of a "light version" without the intensive relaxation potential I am used to. The nearby main road is unfortunately noticeable all day at the pool, depending on the wind, so the bird paradise is only accessible to the lower bungalow residents. In addition, there was also unannounced construction noise in the area, unfortunately always audible from the outside anyway.... The staff overall very attentive and helpful, remembering every wish once expressed. Unfortunately, the beach section offered with the shuttle is completely overcrowded and the one-hour market excursion offered is not exactly worthwhile, as it is more of a food market for locals. All in all, a place suitable for me for a few days of wellness with a feel-good character, but for a longer stay, the immediate surroundings were too noisy for me and not suitable for sightseeing or shopping as it was purely a traffic route ... I liked the international relaxed crowd, the wonderful pool and the friendliness of the Thais. As far as the food is concerned: instead of the 2 optional meals, you can eat a la carte, but a shortened menu for program people. I missed the really tasty real Thai food, everything had to be seasoned a lot and noodles and rice variations were cooked very soggy and soft. I have to praise the great breakfast with lots of fruit, fresh juices, ginger shots and dozens of egg variations on the beautiful terrace with pool view. I had a nice time here, but I wouldn't recommend it again.

We wanted to get a taste of Ayurveda and were able to have lots of great treatments and do yoga twice a day. The resort is beautiful, the pool large and clean, the staff very courteous, helpful and friendly. The cuisine was great!
