Breakfast includes a traditional dish, bread, jam, spread, porridge, fruit, yogurt, palm honey, fruit juice, coffee, and tea. At 1 p.m., rice and various vegan curries are served. Dinner consists of vegetarian dishes, a vegan dish, and salad.

Lars Ehrhardt is a certified yoga instructor (trained by Vinod Dulal in India in 2006) and has been teaching 'Raja Yoga'—the royal path of yoga—professionally and full-time for nearly 20 years. He has accumulated over 15,000 teaching hours and has conducted yoga retreats and workshops worldwide. For over 12 years, he has been training yoga instructors, joyfully combining classic and challenging yoga poses with a focus on perfect posture and mindfulness.
The surrounding area offers many interesting opportunities for leisure activities and excursions, such as boat trips on the Madu River. The Galle Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is reachable within an hour.
