Located directly on the enchanting Blue Beach, amidst tropical natural sounds and deep blue waters, lies the Isolabella Ayurveda Resort – Italian for "the beautiful island", thanks to its Italian owner. At the southern tip of Sri Lanka, directly on the Indian Ocean, between Matara and Tangalle, lies the quaint fishing village of Nilwella near Dickwella. With the rare land formation of Nilwella Island, connected to the mainland by a narrow strip of land and often referred to as a "tied island", this is an ideal spot for explorers seeking a true retreat.

Mornings offer a fruit plate and oatmeal porridge, lunch consists of a main course and dessert, and dinner includes a choice of soup, main course, and dessert. In between, indulge in a fresh fruit juice or a King Coconut while relaxing on a hammock. Ayurvedic herbal teas and (warm) water are available throughout the day. Vegan or gluten-free options available upon request.
At the Ayurveda Center, featuring an in-house pharmacy, 3 Ayurvedic doctors available 24/7, and several therapists, classic Ayurvedic therapies are offered, focusing on Panchakarma, rejuvenation, detox, metabolism, weight loss, stress reduction, regeneration, and women-specific issues (e.g., menstrual disorders, fertility). Treatments are conducted in cosy cabanas and are determined by the Ayurvedic doctor upon arrival and during follow-up examinations. Communication is available in English or Italian. In the Yoga Shala with sea view, daily yoga classes (suitable for beginners), weekly Kundalini Yoga, meditations, ceremonies, and sound journeys with a Buddhist monk are held.
