The family-run 4-star Hotel Saliter Hof is located in the heart of Pinzgau, surrounded by the Salzburg mountains, and invites you to take a break all year round. Since the end of 2022, Saliter Hof has declared itself a health hotel with a focus on Ayurveda, welcoming not only bike, hiking, and skiing enthusiasts but also Ayurveda guests.

In the restaurant, the host personally delights guests with balanced and enjoyable dishes. Meals are prepared right before the eyes of the guests using regional, high-quality, and healthy ingredients. The Saliter Hof also offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet in the morning, and set menus for lunch and dinner. Influences of Ayurvedic teachings are also considered in the meals.

The spacious wellness area is located on the top floor with a view of the mountain panorama and is a true oasis of well-being. The wellness area has a Finnish sauna (90°C), bio sauna (60°C), sensorial shower, infrared cabin, relaxation area, panoramic roof garden and two roof terraces. In summer you can unwind in the spacious outdoor area with natural swimming pond and sunbathing lawn. Relax with the various wellness and spa treatments or increase your physical well-being in the fitness room (approx. 70 sqm) with panoramic window.

Indulge in a rejuvenating Ayurveda Anti-Stress programme, a perfect escape from the often hectic daily routine, or enjoy targeted treatments for specific conditions such as neck pain or migraines, carefully selected by Indian Ayurveda specialists. Example treatments include Shirodhara oil forehead flow, Abhyanga full body oil massage, and Greeva Vasti oil neck/shoulder flow. These treatments are typically performed by experienced male therapists.

The Salzburg mountains offer numerous recreational opportunities both in summer and winter. In summer, the region can be ideally explored during a hiking or cycling tour, and mountain climbing is also possible. In the winter months, the varied ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn awaits you with a true snow paradise for winter sports.
