At the Monarchia Restaurant, a delicious and hearty breakfast awaits you to start your day energized. The spacious breakfast area also offers lactose-free milk and yogurt, almond milk, soy milk, fresh vegetables, vegetable cheese and yogurt, various seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin), gluten-free muesli, and gluten-, dairy-, and egg-free croissants, as well as gluten- and lactose-free cold cuts. For guests who prefer to enjoy their breakfast in their room, room service is available.

During breakfast and dinner, the buffet area transforms into a colourful experience through the show kitchen. All meals are served buffet style.

In the evening, enjoy a rich buffet with a selection of international dishes complemented by regional offerings. The menu includes delicious appetizers, homemade cakes, and refreshing soups. The main courses feature a diverse selection of meat dishes and Hungarian specialties, freshly prepared daily. Each evening, a selection of delicate fish dishes is also available, while vegetarian options are always available at the buffet. The salad buffet features traditional freshly prepared leaf salads and crisp vegetables, accompanied by a variety of flavoured dressings and wine, apple, strawberry, and raspberry vinegar.

To best accommodate guests with food intolerances, allergies, or individual dietary preferences, it is advantageous to provide this information at the time of booking. Guests with gluten and/or lactose intolerance can choose from the buffet, or by pre-ordering (3 days before arrival) for a fee (€8/meal, approx. UK £7 / USD $9), a meal tailored to their needs can be served. Vegan dishes are also available by pre-ordering at the same price per meal.

Therapy department (Monday to Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sundays until 4 p.m.) Specialist doctor. The therapists offer massages, ultrasound examinations, electrotherapy with TENS treatment, diadynamics, muscle stimulation (EMS), galvanic baths, medical packs with mud, fluoride, sulphur, and Ritex as part of the therapy programs. Magnetotherapy and inhalation treatments are also available.
Enhance your therapy with baths in the thermal lake, which contains radon and sulphur and provides an optimal basis for musculoskeletal disorders. The nearest dialysis station is located in Keszthely.

Hévíz boasts the world's largest natural biologically active thermal lake suitable for bathing all year round. The water, emerging from a highly productive thermal spring at over 23°C, contains sulfur, carbon dioxide, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate, and trace amounts of radon. It is used for the treatment of rheumatic and motor disorders as well as stomach and digestive issues. The constant water flow in the lake acts like a massage, improving circulation and mobility. In winter, heavy steam forms on the water surface, positively affecting strained vocal cords and breathing. The mud, accumulating in layers up to 7 meters thick on the bottom, can alleviate musculoskeletal pain and activate metabolism.
