Gennadi is a quaint village with traditional island architecture on the southeast coast of Rhodes, nestled between the traditional Greek old town of Lindos and the southern tip of the island. The long, idyllic beach of the village offers pristine spots. Nearby are the impressive Acropolis of Lindos and the wind and kitesurfing paradise of Prasonisi.

The Gennadi Grand Resort boasts 8 restaurants and 4 bars. Enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet at "Φiloxenia", the main restaurant, as well as lunch and/or dinner buffet with half board or all-inclusive options. Additionally, there is: an à la carte breakfast restaurant, a pool restaurant, a beach deli restaurant, the Ten2One Restaurant featuring Mediterranean fusion cuisine, the fine-dining restaurant "Edesma", a traditional Greek restaurant, and a steakhouse/grill restaurant. With half board, guests can opt to dine at one of the à la carte restaurants (excluding Edesma & Grevin) instead of the evening buffet in the main restaurant, using a credit of 15€ per person (excluding drinks). A reservation at the reception is required one day in advance.

Ultra All Inclusive

When booking the all-inclusive option, the following services are included in addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet restaurant "Φiloxenia":

• Complimentary access to the sauna, steam room & heated indoor pool at Kozeen Spa
• Snacks at the "Wet Pool Bar" (12:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.) and at "Alati" (12:00 p.m. - 6 p.m.), as well as by the sun loungers at the pool & beach
• Lunch also available at the Greek restaurant "Ble" or the Mediterranean "Ten2One"
• Dine Around program* at the following à la carte restaurants: Ouzo, Ten2One & STK
• Selection of wine, beer, and soft drinks with lunch and dinner & coffee, tea, and international drinks at the bars (10 a.m. - 12 a.m.)
• Minibar stocked once upon arrival

*Dine Around Program:

• Stay of 3-4 nights: 1 dinner at one of the Dine Around program's à la carte restaurants (Ouzo, Ten2One, or STK).
• Stay of 5-6 nights: 2 dinners at 2 out of the 3 à la carte restaurants
• Stay of 7-9 nights: 3 dinners, one at each of the 3 à la carte restaurants
• Stay of 10-11 nights: 4 dinners, one at each of the 3 à la carte restaurants plus an additional dinner at a restaurant of choice.
• Stay of 12-13 nights: 5 dinners, one at each of the 3 à la carte restaurants plus two additional dinners at two restaurants of choice.
• Stay of 14 nights: 6 dinners at the 3 à la carte restaurants (two dinners at each of the 3 restaurants).

Guests with Ultra All-Inclusive receive a discount voucher of 20.00€ per person on meals at Edesma Fine Dining. Booking is made through the reception.

The Grevin Gin-Bar is not part of the Ultra All-Inclusive program.

The award-winning spa, operated by Kozeen Spas by Thalassospa, offers entry at an additional cost of approximately 30€ (approx. UK £26 / USD $32) per person per day. This includes access to the heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. Our experienced team of therapists recommends personalised treatments (for a fee, payable on site) tailored to each guest's needs, harmonising body, mind, and spirit. Through various massages or beauty treatments using natural ingredients like local olive oil or honey, guests can leave the hustle and bustle of daily life behind.

A fully equipped gym and an outdoor gym are available. Daily yoga and meditation classes are held. Aqua aerobics is also offered. Additional classes such as private yoga lessons are available for a fee.

The hotel's pool area includes a total of 4 outdoor pools (unheated), including the main pool with 1,450 sqm, a pool in the restaurant area with 560 sqm, a relaxation pool with 290 sqm, and a children's pool with 42 sqm. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge for guests.

The spa area also features a heated indoor pool (for a fee).

With an extensive programme of activities (weather permitting) and leisure options, guests can perfectly and engagingly shape their holiday: evening live music shows, live music in the main restaurant and during the day in the pool area, a bocce court, beach volleyball, table tennis, and two floodlit tennis courts.

Additionally, workshops such as ceramic painting, cooking classes, astronomy courses, water sports activities, and various excursions are offered (for a fee, payable locally).

From June to September, a range of activities in the Mini Club and a Mini Disco are available for young guests aged 4-12.
