Wellness Centre: massage, bath therapy, hammam, rasul, cosmetic treatments (PAYOT, THALGO), manicure, pedicure, solarium. Modern Fitness Centre: fitness and cardio equipment (TechnoGym), aerobics, yoga, pilates, spinning. Supervision by experienced trainers (across 2 floors). Personal trainer available for a fee.

A huge resort to explore and spend time in. Great ideas and shows, very friendly staff and modern accommodation. You have to look for relaxing spots, but there are some.

We stayed there several times years ago. The hotel itself is still very nice. The water park has lost some of its quality. The service is miserable. The very young staff are overwhelmed and anything but motivated. The fact that you therefore have to wait a long time for your drinks etc. is still okay for me, but when ordering a drink at the pool bar is accompanied by a roll of the eyes and a deep sigh, my understanding stops. The lady who makes pancakes (with gloves on - just as well), but then wipes her forehead, which is dripping with sweat, and then touches the food again, was one of my "highlights". I was then brazenly asked to pay for the sauce, which I hadn't ordered but had mistakenly put on the pancakes. Good thing I had the bill in my hand. Service looks different. We were only at the water park for two days. The wave pool and the pirate ship were closed on both days. That's why there was no laser show. All highlights that were decisive for the booking. Unfortunately, this was not pointed out at any time - neither when booking nor on the park's website. We won't be coming back any time soon.

Price performance ratio is unbeatable, great hotel with many free services such as bathrobe use and and. We have already booked the 3rd time through Fitreisen and go next year again.
